Choose a Chakra (or an emotion or a body location) you want to take a look inside.
You can walk down the stairs to find this door, or portal
How does this door or portal look? What’s it made of? Color etc.
Walk through the door or the portal, and close it behind you.
Look down at your feet, what do you see? Look up your body. What sex are you? Age? Feelings?
Where do you stand? Where are you?
Where are you heading? Towards something important?
Teleport to that important event.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
How does this relate to your life now?
Come back and write it down.
*If you are guiding someone, keep it vague, let them choose what to look at. The subconscious sets the theme by choosing what to look at in the start.
*There is no rule about how short or long this is, just keep focusing on what seems to be important, and keep moving to something more important when stuck.. “now you move on to something more important, what do you see, hear, feel?”
