Let’s start of first with the idea that nobody heals another. The only one doing the healing, is the one in need of healing. In other words, all healing is self healing. All the so called healer does is facilitating energy and holding a vibration, that the one in need of healing can use and align to in order to heal themselves. In much the same way that a doctor does not really heal you, but makes a situation that makes it easier or even possible to heal yourself.
Now there are a multitude of healing styles out there. Like Reiki, Chios, Quantum, Iliana, etc. They all work on the same basic principle, but vary in how that is done.
In addition, you have what I call Jesus healing. That works by the so called healer having trained their body to hold on to a lot of emotional energy, and can release it all at once. This temporarily floods the energy structure, and sort of resets the energy body. Thus the blind can see, the crippled can walk etc. But what you often fail to hear about is that one or two weeks later, those issues comes back. The blind become blind again. I’ve heard of Jesus healers that can store so much energy that their car seat has melted. And others that can include the group energy, if the group is rallied up enough. None the less, in one or two weeks time, the symptoms come back. And since it’s all the work of Jesus, they don’t know what is going on. More so, they can only do two or three people, until they are completely depleted.
It seems to me, with all types of healing, that the healing aligns the energy pattern of the body. This can, but not always, make a permanent change. I believe it to be all about the pattern. If your newly aligned energy pattern makes you look at the old pattern (beliefs systems, definitions, conclusions), and you decide something new about them, then the healing is lasting. Else, the healing only lasts until something triggers the pattern, and the old conclusion is reestablished.
So, I would say there are two types of energy that can be used for healing. One I would call emotional energy, same as used by the Shaolin monks and the like. This one forces the energy through, and I would say, if you don’t know what you are doing, it might not go so well for the one in need of healing. It is used in martial arts for a reason.
The other type I like far more. It’s the nurturing energy of the universe. Not only is it gentle, it is also infinite. You will never feel depleted while using this energy for healing. In fact, you might have so much energy after a healing session, that you’ll have a hard time falling asleep that night.
The difference is easy enough. The emotional energy you have to push, get emotional about etc. while the universal energy you only need to allow, be aware of.
Now as in techniques or how-to, this really does not need to be complicated. You can complicate it if you wish, but it’s simply not needed. In my opinion, just a few simple ideas are needed. First is the vibration. Be in a healthy vibration. This to me, includes insisting that the one in need of healing, is already healed. Does not need any healing. You could say all I do is holding the mirror long enough until the person realizes it. The other idea that I think helps, but is not really needed is to give them more energy.
When it comes to more energy there are a lot of theories around this as well. I have found that it does not really matter what you do, as long as it has movement. You can fill the person, you can suck out the bad, you can spin it around your body, you can shoot it out in a jolt. The only one that seems to work best, is the one that the so called healer thinks is best. Energy is moved by thinking that it moves. Be it you are a garden hose of love, or a Lord of the Rings army of fixers, any idea with movement helps.
There are also ideas of an over active or an underactive Chakra system, and one wants to balance this out. Now there sure does come a point in the session when the one in need of healing feels full, or finished. Like no more energy will go in, or that the vibration matches the healing vibration. Some people can feel this point, others might want to use a pendulum or muscle testing to figure out when it’s enough.
