We are all so immersed with the ascension process that we often forget about grounding ourselves and the power that Earth can give us whenever we need it. We are of this world and this world supports us, if we let it. Acknowledge mother Earth helping you and support this world in return.

 


  • Imagine yourself being stuck to Earth like a fridge magnet. She attracts you and keeps you safe from floating away in body and thought, and the power of attraction to hold you there is actually Earth’s love for you. The gravity and weight you feel in your body are the force of love Earth is using to press her children against her chest and cuddle.

  • When you walk, imagine the Earth turning beneath you, get the feeling of it, might make you a bit dizzy but stick with it. Then imagine that you are actually on a treadmill, not moving at all, it’s the Earth that moves beneath you and you are walking in one spot. When you get that feeling going, imagine that you are the one turning the Earth with your feet. Wherever you go, straight, left, right, you are actually still walking in one place, but turning round the whole Earth with the strength of your legs. This will improve your posture and give you strength and energy as well as ground you when your thoughts and feelings are erratic.

  • As you inhale, you visualize drawing energy in through your nose, down the front of your spine, and into your pelvic region. Imagine it’s a fire there, that gets stronger as you add air to it.
  • As you exhale, imagine that fire going down your legs, into and a bit under your feet. Repeat this for at least 3 breaths.

The idea is that you can never have too much grounding. Grounding can also be viewed as becoming a lightning rod for emotions, that while being grounded, you can feel other people’s emotions, but will not necessarily be affected by them, since the energy goes down to ground, instead of into you.
